3D laser technologies revitalization LP degree blades of steam turbines in the power sector – technological and diagnostic problems

Abstract
Wear processes of NP turbine blades and evaluation of selected properties of Stellit Co-6 top surface produced by PTA multilayered plasma method, and incremental laser were analyzed, including LENS method on alloy steel X22CrMoV12-1. The topography of the worn blade surface was observed. Regenerative quality of weld overlays in cross section using Keyence optical microscope was recorded. We were looking for welding defects in padding welds.
